Ayumi Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ayumi, a service operated by Gloop Media LLC ("Gloop Media," "we," "us," or "our").

By using Ayumi, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable laws governing minors.

1. What Ayumi Provides

Ayumi is a personalized guidance service designed to help students explore opportunities after high school.

Ayumi may provide information about colleges, career and technical education, apprenticeships, workforce programs, employment pathways, military opportunities, and related subjects.

Recommendations may be generated with artificial intelligence and are based on information provided by students and opportunity information available to Ayumi.

Ayumi provides guidance and information, not guaranteed outcomes.

A recommendation does not constitute an offer of admission, employment, training, financial aid, or acceptance into any program.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ayumi.

If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian. Parental or guardian authorization may be required where applicable law requires it.

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

3. Recommendations and Accuracy

We work to provide useful and well-supported information. However, information about educational programs, costs, eligibility, application deadlines, employment opportunities, and other subjects can change.

Ayumi may occasionally provide incomplete or incorrect information.

You should independently confirm important information with the relevant school, employer, program, government agency, or other authoritative source before making consequential decisions.

Published tuition, average net prices, earnings, and other statistics are informational and are not guarantees of your individual costs or outcomes.

Ayumi is not a substitute for professional educational, financial, legal, or other specialized advice where such advice is necessary.

4. Independence from Opportunity Providers

Unless expressly disclosed, Ayumi is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the organizations it recommends.

Ayumi's Student Agent is intended to represent the student's interests. A provider's commercial relationship with Ayumi does not entitle it to preferential placement in student recommendations.

Any future provider communication, application, offer, or commitment feature will be subject to additional disclosures and appropriate authorization.

5. Messaging

Ayumi may offer optional two-way SMS conversations.

If you separately consent to SMS messaging, you may receive interview questions, recommendations, responses to your questions, and other service-related messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

SMS participation is not a condition of purchasing unrelated services or using available non-SMS functionality.

SMS consent is optional. You can register and talk to Ayumi in the web chat on our website without opting in to text messages.

Delivery depends on telecommunications providers and cannot be guaranteed at all times.

6. Appropriate Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or access another user's account.
• Deliberately submit fraudulent information or misuse the service.
• Attempt to interfere with Ayumi's systems or security.
• Use Ayumi for unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harmful activities.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or protection of users.

7. Availability and Changes

Ayumi is developing and may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features.

Certain opportunities or features may not be available in every location or for every student.

Any paid functionality will be disclosed before a charge is incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

Ayumi's software, branding, design, and original service content belong to Gloop Media LLC or its licensors, subject to applicable rights and licenses.

You retain applicable rights to information you provide. You grant us permission to process that information as necessary to operate the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gloop Media LLC is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on Ayumi's informational recommendations or for outcomes controlled by third-party institutions, employers, or programs.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as the service develops, with appropriate notice of material changes.
